Howdy from Athens

Hi!  Just a quick post to welcome everyone to the new blog, and show you the new place I moved into about a month ago.  It's a pretty cool historic house and thanks to some local plumbers, my living room ceiling doesn't leak anymore.  I rent out the whole downstairs, and so far it's been pretty swell.  Note the swell front porch.

And you can't tell from this picture, but there is a swell freight train that comes around four or five times a day on a set of pretty swell tracks just past those trees on the other side of the street my car is parked on.

It's ok though, honestly the train hasn't been much of a problem ever since my first weekend when I didn't sleep at all for two nights straight.  But now thanks to these babies, I'm sleeping much better.  Hope everyone had a good weekend!!
